Operating systems & virtualisation
Server and client operating systems, Linux subscriptions, hypervisors, container platforms and virtual desktop infrastructure — with the right edition, core count and CAL model for your environment.
Hardware and software for the complete corporate technology stack — equipment, licences, subscriptions and cloud services, supplied and supported by one distributor.

As a hardware and software distributor, we stay with a project from the first draft of the specification until the system is up and running — product and licence selection, procurement, delivery, installation support and ongoing service. One partner accountable for the result.
We cover the complete lifecycle of corporate IT projects and software integration, with a strong focus on network protection, data storage platforms and information security.
Our goal is to give companies the technology they need to lead in their industry. When our customers succeed, we succeed.
We deliver to customers across Poland and the European Union, with equipment sourced from manufacturers worldwide.
From a single workstation to a complete data center — each category is backed by certified suppliers, genuine hardware and full manufacturer warranty. Software licensing is covered in detail in the software distribution section below.

Hardware is only half of the stack. Fixykor is also an authorised software distributor: we supply the licences, subscriptions and cloud services that run on the equipment we deliver — operating systems and virtualisation, databases, backup, security, collaboration, management tools and industry applications.
Every licence comes through the publisher’s authorised channel, with a complete proof of licence, a documented entitlement and the right to support and updates. No grey keys, no second-hand activations, no licences that cannot be shown to an auditor.
Software distribution is a service, not a line on an invoice. Between the request and the renewal there is licence design, publisher pricing, contracting, delivery, activation, asset management and lifecycle planning — and all of it is handled by one team, under one contract, next to your hardware orders.
Below is how that works in practice: what we license, which licensing models we handle, the steps of a software order, and the services included.
Nine software families, from the operating system under a server to the design application on an engineer’s workstation.
Server and client operating systems, Linux subscriptions, hypervisors, container platforms and virtual desktop infrastructure — with the right edition, core count and CAL model for your environment.
Relational and NoSQL database licences, application and integration servers, message brokers and reporting platforms, licensed per core, per socket or per named user as the publisher requires.
Backup and archiving software, replication and failover tools, immutable storage and cloud backup subscriptions, sized by capacity, workload or protected instance.
Endpoint and server protection, email and web security, firewall and IPS subscriptions, privileged access management, data loss prevention, encryption, MFA and certificate services.
Office suites, corporate mail, document management, electronic signature, conferencing and messaging platforms — per seat, with the tenant and the licences registered to your company.
Infrastructure and application monitoring, ITSM and service desk, remote management, DCIM, IT asset and licence management tools.
Public cloud commitments, hosted infrastructure, SaaS seats and marketplace subscriptions, billed through one contract alongside the rest of your technology.
CAD, CAM and BIM, GIS, simulation and PLM, plus specialised industry applications for manufacturing, logistics, construction and the public sector.
IDEs and developer subscriptions, CI/CD and code repositories, testing and automation tools, API and container platforms for engineering teams.
The metric decides the price far more often than the discount does. These are the models we quote, compare and document.
A permanent right to a version, with optional annual support and upgrade rights.
Licensed for 1, 3 or 5 years, support and updates included for the period.
One licence per identified user, across the devices that person works on.
A pool of licences shared by a team, counted by simultaneous use.
Licensed to the workstation, server or appliance rather than the person.
Priced by processor cores, sockets, protected terabytes or managed nodes.
Cloud and hybrid services billed on actual usage, with optional commitments.
Company-wide programmes with tiered discounts, including academic, non-profit and OEM schemes where publishers allow them.
A software order is a short project of its own. This is the sequence we follow for every licence we supply, whether it is ten mailboxes or a company-wide agreement.

We start from what you already own. Existing licences, versions, entitlements, renewal dates and actual usage are collected into one picture, so the new purchase closes real gaps instead of duplicating what is already paid for.
We select the edition, the licensing metric and the term: per user, per device, per core, by capacity or by consumption. Two- to five-year cost scenarios are compared, together with downgrade and upgrade rights, virtualisation and mobility terms, and the support level attached to each option.
The project is registered with the publisher where such programmes exist, special project pricing and bundle options are requested, and alternatives from competing vendors are put side by side. You receive one quotation covering every publisher in the project.
Enrolment forms, framework and volume agreements, purchase orders and export paperwork are prepared and filed by us. Orders from several publishers are consolidated into a single contract and a single invoice in one currency.
Licence keys, download media, portal accounts, tenant provisioning and subscription assignments are delivered and verified. Every proof of licence and entitlement certificate is archived and handed over, so your paperwork is complete from day one.
We support activation and key management, tenant and directory configuration, migration from previous versions and coordination with the publisher’s technical support or your own integrator — up to the point where the software is in production.
Every agreement goes into a renewal calendar. We notify you well before expiry, align the end dates of different agreements into one renewal cycle, and handle additional seats, true-ups and downgrades during the term.
Usage is reviewed against entitlements: unused seats are reclaimed, over-specified editions are right-sized, perpetual estates are migrated to subscription or cloud where that is cheaper, and end-of-support dates are planned long before they arrive.
Advisory, procurement, renewal control, asset management and deployment support are part of the distribution service — not separately billed consulting.
Independent advice on editions, metrics and agreement types, including the terms that decide cost: virtualisation rights, mobility, downgrade rights and support levels.
Deal registration, project pricing, bundle and multi-year options, and a direct line to publisher channel teams when a non-standard configuration is needed.
One calendar for every subscription and maintenance contract, advance notices before expiry and co-termination so renewals stop arriving as surprises.
Entitlement records, deployment and usage reports, reclaim of idle seats and right-sizing — the basis for staying compliant and for cutting what is not used.
Activation, key servers, tenant and directory setup, version upgrades and migration from perpetual estates to subscription or cloud, with rollback planning.
Hardware and software on a single order, consolidated billing, and one accountable point of contact that escalates to the publisher on your behalf.

Most publishers now sell by subscription, and the cost of a software estate moves from a one-off purchase to a recurring commitment that has to be managed. We handle that shift: comparing perpetual and subscription scenarios over the real lifetime of the system, keeping track of what renews and when, and converting existing perpetual licences where the publisher offers a migration path.
For cloud services we provide subscriptions and committed-use plans on the same contract as the rest of your technology — so a virtual machine, the backup that protects it, the security licence that guards it and the server it may later run on all arrive from the same supplier, with one invoice and one point of accountability.
Licences are registered to your company, in your own tenant and under your own administrative account. If you ever change partner, the entitlements stay with you.
A distributor is only as reliable as the products it supplies. Each hardware category relies on a carefully selected group of manufacturers, and every licence comes from an authorised publisher channel — keeping specifications, warranty conditions, entitlements and support paths consistent from the first quote to final commissioning.
Fixykor is a hardware and software distributor for IT infrastructure, engineering systems, licences, cloud services and security — sourcing, delivering and supporting technology for businesses across Poland and the European Union.
